Harold specialized in public administration work for Lockheed Martin. During his educational career, he earned a Bachelor's degree as well as a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Connecticut. Harold recently published the book, From a Milking Stool to the Whitehouse, which chronicles the true accounts of the extremely exciting and unusual experiences and challenges Mr. Kneeland encountered over the course of his life.
