Mr. Massey is a professional engineer with expertise in quality control, missile guidance systems and electrical power generation. He serves as a contract engineer for Oxford Global Resources, a division of On Assignment, Inc. that provides recruiting, technology and engineering services. Mr. Massey is responsible for manufacturing aircraft engines and fuel controls and ensuring quality engineering. He travels internationally for his work and is trusted to solve work-related problems. In recognition of his work, Mr. Massey was recently selected as a VIP of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exemplary commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

An alumnus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Mr. Massey holds a master's degree in engineering. He earned a bachelor's degree in industrial management from the University of Vermont in 1953. Mr. Massey, who attributes his success to his experience working for the General Electric Company, is a graduate of the company's manufacturing program. He has been happily married to his wife, Nancy, for nearly 60 years. They have five children and 19 grandchildren.
