Danielle Gauthier Named a VIP of the Year for Excellence in Project and Change Management
Calling upon 22 years of experience, Ms. Gauthier embraces new challenges as opportunities to grow professionally
HUBERDEAU, QC, CANADA, November 2, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Danielle Gauthier, Director for Bell Helicopter Textron Canada, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in project and change management.
With 22 years of professional experience, Ms. Gauthier excels in her position as director for Bell Helicopter Textron Canada, a helicopter manufacturer. For the past three years, she has been responsible for testing newly assembled aircraft, customizing aircraft, and supervising a chief pilot, three managers, two supervisors, and a team of 200 staff members. Successful because of her love of learning, she embraces new challenges and overcomes them by employing her expertise in project and change management.
Ms. Gauthier earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Quebec and an MBA from the University of Montreal in 1998. She is also a certified lean sensei and certified master black belt (Textron Six Sigma). In 2008, she was distinguished as a Six Sigma master black belt and earned the Textron-Entz Award. Looking forward, she plans to seek out new challenges.
