With 28 years of professional experience, Mr. Chapman attributes his success to his good fortune. As the Director of Supplier Assistance and Product Support, he is in charge of designing and developing hardware, collaborating with suppliers, training suppliers on lean manufacturing procedures, and managing operations and production. He started his career with Boeing working on the Space Station Program, when he realized the mismatch of communication on design concepts with major suppliers and decided to assist in the networking of Engineering, suppliers and the Manufacturing Facilities within the company.

Mr. Chapman received his Master of Applied Science, Concentration in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. He received his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Operations and Production Management, and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, from Anderson University.
