Rarick, Jr., Senior Manufacturing Engineer for Rockwell International, Retired, has been named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Aviation & Automotive Manufacturing. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.

With 17 years of experience in his industry, Jacob C. Rarick, Jr. is best noted for his skills in problem resolution. As senior manufacturing engineer for Rockwell, a leading manufacturer of aviation and automotive systems, he is entrusted with devising ways to complete work faster and more efficiently. In charge of maintaining planks, drafting, planning and engineering, Mr. Rarick is often sought to take under-performing production lines and make necessary changes, turning them over to a supervisor to run.

A problem-solver in his personal life as well, Mr. Rarick is known to assist friends and neighbors with managing their debts and running errands. He is an active member of his community and church, serving as a Gideon speaker and passing out Bibles at colleges. Mr. Rarick is proud to have worked most of his life; he gained employment in stores at the age of 11 and after high school held jobs in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Michigan and South Carolina. He also served in the U.S. Army. Finding his place at Rockwell after his second tour in active duty, he became a professional student and honed his skills in assembly, inspection, testing, supervision, material review and analysis. Mr. Rarick attributes his success to being a workaholic.

Mr. Rarick earned his master of technology management from H.B. Maynard and completed coursework at Concord University, the University of Kentucky, Bluefield State College, DeVry Institute of Technology, the United States Armed Forces Institute, and West Virginia University School of Mines, where he also underwent training in First Aid. Additionally, he received training at Bell and Howell Institute of Electronics and training in account methods at WG Gordan. Organizations with which Mr. Rarick is affiliated include the Calvary Community Church, the Christian Fellowship Chapel, Mercer County Retreat, the Foreign Legion, and The Gideons International. One of 11 children, he looks forward to assisting his sizeable family, building another house, and going on more vacations.
