John Newman Joins the Ranks of Leading Executives

As the president and chief executive officer at This is ECS, an aerospace environmental control systems consulting firm, Mr. Newman has oversight of all operations. Not only does he train and consult clients in aircraft air systems, he generates products for the aviation industry. A graduate and former faculty member of the prestigious Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy, he has worked with an impressive array of clients: Honeywell Aerospace, Boeing, the Lockheed Martin Corporation, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Marine Corps, the Republic of Korea Air Force and the Royal Netherlands Air Force.

Mr. Newman has 49 years of experience in his industry and has spent more than 45 years in defense aircraft systems and components. He has also worked on commercial, business and general aviation aircraft systems and components. Due to Mr. Newman's perseverance and experience, his business is a success.

Mr. Newman holds a bachelor's degree in aircraft maintenance systems and is a certified six sigma green belt. For his service, he has been honored as a life member of The Air Force Association. Mr. Newman is looking forward to enjoying his 70th birthday next year.
