For 25 years, Ms. Keith has been working in the field of technical communications. She is a member of the Society for Technical Communication and also owner of RocketDocs, which she has managed on a full time and part time basis over the past 20 years. Ms. Keith received a bachelor's degree in industrial technology from San Diego State University.
