Valentin S. Abelhouse, Ph.D. Honored for Excellence in Avionics Management

BOYNTON BEACH, FL, February 17, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Valentin S. Abelhouse, Director for United States Operation for Aviatos Co., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of avionics management.

Dr. Abelhouse has 43 years of professional experience, 11 of which have been with Aviatos, a company that provides avionics systems installation and service solutions for aircraft manufacturing and airlines. His day-to-day responsibilities include designing avionics systems, supervising installations and overseeing sales and aftermarket support. He considers attaining his current position to be his greatest professional accomplishment and attributes his success to his hard work.

Prior to joining Aviatos, he worked as a senior systems engineer at Honeywell Aerospace and as the information systems manager for MicroCorp and Interpoint Corp. In addition, he worked as a test engineer at General Instrument Corporation.

Dr. Abelhouse received his Ph.D. in Economics from Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics in 1975. A graduate of St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University, he received his Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to that, he was an officer of the Soviet Union Air Force. He is a lifetime member of the Republican National Committee, a member of Temple Torah in Boynton Beach, FL and donates to veterans associations and local fire and police departments.
