Guaymas, Mexico Aerospace Manufacturing Cluster to be Examined at Offshore Group May Event.

TUCSON, AZ February 19, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- On May 14 and 15, 2009, international aerospace manufacturing executives will meet at the Hotel Plaza San Carlos in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico at an Aerospace Manufacturing in Mexico conference that will be hosted by The Offshore Group of Tucson, Arizona.

In recent years Mexico has taken its place among developing economies as a favored destination for aerospace manufacturing investment, and today stands as the 9th leading supplier of aerospace manufactures to the United States. Total aerospace exports from Mexico to the United States increased from $146.2 million in 2004 to $683.2 million last year.
