With more than 22 years of professional experience, Ms. Hastings excels in aircraft maintenance management. She is responsible for managing electronic, environmental, field, hydraulic shops, scheduling trainings, preparing and reviewing performance reports, ensuring aircraft combating capability, and controlling and dispatching maintenance support teams for aircraft repair. She is a recipient of the Senior Manager of the Second Quarter Award in 2008 and the Fiscal Manager of Year Award in 2007. She also received the Air Force Commendation Medal in 2008. Her self-motivation and dedication are the driving forces behind her success.

Ms. Hastings is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and has received an Associate Degree in Aircraft Systems from Bayville Tech College in 2003. She is a member of The Air Force Association and is the Chairwoman of The Boy Scouts of America. In addition, she is an author and is affiliated with the Black Hills Writers Group. She aspires to complete senior master sergeant.
